Prismella offers a 6-month warranty for all jewelry purchased through our official online store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws, provided that the product has been used under normal consumer conditions. If a defect is identified within this period, Prismella will replace the product with a new one at no additional cost, as long as the defective item is returned according to our return instructions.

This warranty applies exclusively to products manufactured and sold by Prismella through official channels. We cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of items purchased from unauthorized sellers, and therefore such products are not covered by this policy.

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or lack of proper care
  
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, or discoloration
  
• Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties
  
• Use of charms or accessories not manufactured by Prismella, which may compromise the durability of the jewelry and void the warranty
  

To request warranty service, customers must follow the instructions provided by Prismella’s customer support team. Once the returned product is received and evaluated, Prismella will send a replacement item. The replacement product will maintain the remaining warranty period of the original item, without extension.

Prismella does not perform repairs or issue refunds under this warranty.

For all purchases made through our official e-commerce, the warranty certificate is automatically sent to the registered email once the order is invoiced.

Return & Exchange Policy – Prismella

At Prismella, we want you to feel fully confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
  
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  
• Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original product.
  
• Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
  

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives defective or incorrect.
  

Exclusions
